Penne with Fresh Basil and Feta Recipe

  • 8 ounces penne pasta, cooked and drained
  • 3 cups chopped tomatoes
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed
  • 1/2 cup chopped scallions
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  1. In a pot, combine pasta, tomatoes, spinach, scallions, and basil. Cook over medium- high heat, stirring often, until heated through, about 2 minutes. Stir in feta cheese and cook for 1 minute.
