- 8 ounces penne pasta, cooked and drained
- 3 cups chopped tomatoes
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed
- 1/2 cup chopped scallions
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- In a pot, combine pasta, tomatoes, spinach, scallions, and basil. Cook over medium- high heat, stirring often, until heated through, about 2 minutes. Stir in feta cheese and cook for 1 minute.
