PEBBLES® Snow People Recipe

  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine
  • 6 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 8 1/2 cups Post Fruity PEBBLES® Cereal
  • Decorating icing, any color
  • Candies, gumdrops and other desired pieces to decorate
  1. MICROWAVE butter in 4-quart bowl on HIGH for 45 seconds.
  2. ADD marshmallows; mix to coat. Microwave 1-1/2 minutes or until melted, stirring after 45 seconds. Add cereal; mix to coat well.
  3. SHAPE 1 cup of the mixture into ball, using wet or greased hands. Repeat to make 6 large balls. Shape remaining mixture into 6 small balls (1/2 cup cereal mixture for each).
  4. CREATE 'Snow Person' by placing a small ball on top of each large ball. Press balls together. Use decorating icing to secure.
  5. DECORATE snow people using icing as glue for decorations.
