PEBBLES Cookie Crispies Recipe

  • 1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 cups POST Fruity or Cocoa PEBBLES Cereal
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Beat cake mix, oil, water and egg in large bowl with wooden spoon until well blended. Add cereal; mix well.
  2. Drop tablespoonfuls of dough, 2 inches apart, onto ungreased baking sheets.
  3. Bake 11 minutes or just until cookies begin to brown. Cool on wire racks.
