- 1 cup nonfat sour cream
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- 4 pears – peeled, cored and cut into wedges
- 1/2 tablespoon almonds
- Mix sour cream, sugar, and extract. Arrange pears on 4 dessert plates. Top with almond cream and sprinkle with almonds.
