Pear and Date Hors dOeuvre Recipe

  • 1 1/2 cups mascarpone cheese
  • 32 crackers (such as Carr's® Table Water®)
  • 4 pears, peeled and sliced
  • 32 dates, pitted and sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon
  1. Spread 1 tablespoon mascarpone cheese onto each cracker; top with 1 pear slice and 1 date. Sprinkle each hors d'oeuvre with a pinch of tarragon.
