- 1 1/2 cups mascarpone cheese
- 32 crackers (such as Carr's® Table Water®)
- 4 pears, peeled and sliced
- 32 dates, pitted and sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon
- Spread 1 tablespoon mascarpone cheese onto each cracker; top with 1 pear slice and 1 date. Sprinkle each hors d'oeuvre with a pinch of tarragon.
