- 1 (10 ounce) bag torn mixed salad greens
- 2 fresh pears, sliced
- 1 medium red onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup pine nuts, toasted
- 1/2 cup ATHENOS Crumbled Blue Cheese
- 1/2 cup KRAFT LIGHT DONE RIGHT! Raspberry Vinaigrette Reduced Fat Dressing
- Toss greens with pears, onions, pine nuts and cheese in large bowl.
- Spoon onto eight salad plates.
- Drizzle evenly with dressing.
