- 1 1/2 cups canned pumpkin
- 1/2 cup chunky or creamy peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Carrot sticks, celery sticks, apple slices for dipping
- In a medium bowl, stir together pumpkin, peanut butter, honey and cinnamon until well blended.
- Refrigerate until chilled.
- Serve with vegetable sticks and apple slices.
