Peach mousse Recipe

  • ½ peach, peeled and finely chopped
  • ½ orange, juice only
  • 150ml/5fl oz double cream, whipped until stiff peaks form when the whisk is removed
  • ½ tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 tbsp icing sugar
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp Greek yoghurt
  • 1 sprig fresh mint
  1. For the mousse, place the peach and orange juice into a food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. In a large bowl mix together the cream, cinnamon and icing sugar, then fold in the peach mixture. Place this mixture into a tall glass.
  3. To serve, dust with cocoa powder, top with Greek yoghurt and garnish with a sprig of mint.
