- 5 cups ice
- 6 ounces amber rum
- ¾ cup mango juice
- ¾ cup peach nectar
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
- Fresh peach slices, for garnish
- In a blender, combine the ice, rum, and all three juices. The blender will be quite full, so place a towel over the top and hold it while processing. Puree until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Serve in chilled martini glasses and garnish with a peach slice.
