Peach Mango Daiquiri Recipe

  • 5 cups ice
  • 6 ounces amber rum
  • ¾ cup mango juice
  • ¾ cup peach nectar
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
  • Fresh peach slices, for garnish
  1. In a blender, combine the ice, rum, and all three juices. The blender will be quite full, so place a towel over the top and hold it while processing. Puree until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Serve in chilled martini glasses and garnish with a peach slice.
