Peach Gin Freeze Recipe

  • 1 1/2 cups chopped peeled peaches
  • 3 jiggers (4 1/2 ounces) gin
  • 1 jigger (1 1/2 ounces) peach schnapps
  1. In a blender, purée peaches with gin and schnapps, add 3 cups cracked ice, and blend the mixture, scraping down the sides occasionally, until it is smooth but still frozen. Divide the mixture between 2 stemmed glasses.
