Peach and tomato chutney Recipe

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • ½ peach, peeled and chopped
  • 1 tomato, deseeded and chopped
  • 1 shallot, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp white wine
  • 1 tbsp honey
  1. In a small saucepan heat the butter.
  2. Add the peach and tomato and cook for 2-3 minutes or until they start to soften. Add the white wine vinegar, white wine and honey and cook rapidly for a further five minutes.
  3. The chutney is ready, once the fruits have broken down slightly and the liquid has been reduced.
