  • 5 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  1. Whisk oil, vinegar, sugar, sour cream, parsley, garlic salt, black pepper, and mustard together in a bowl until smooth.
