- 8 ounces fusilli pasta
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 8 ounces cooked ham, diced
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
- freshly ground black pepper
- Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling water until al dente. Drain, and set aside to cool.
- In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, parsley, Parmesan cheese, vinegar and garlic. Stir in ham, tomatoes and pasta. Season with pepper to taste; toss to coat and serve.
