- 1 pound extra lean ground beef
- 3 cups water
- 1 medium onion, grated
- 1 medium carrot, shredded
- 1 medium zucchini, shredded
- 1 (26 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
- 3 cups rotini pasta, uncooked
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- Brown meat in large skillet.
- Add water, vegetables, spaghetti sauce and pasta. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium; simmer 20 min., stirring occasionally.
- Stir in cheese just before serving.
