Pasta, Fennel and Olive Salad Recipe

  • 1 (13.8 ounce) package Archer Farms™ Tuscan garlic and basil pasta salad
  • 1 small fennel bulb, trimmed, quartered and cut in 1/4-inch thick slices
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped pitted kalamata olives
  1. Prepare pasta salad as directed on package except–use the olive oil option for the dressing.
  2. Toss prepared salad with fennel, tomatoes and olives. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
