Party Pasta Salad Recipe
- 1/2 (8 ounce) package frozen artichoke hearts, thawed and quartered
- 8 ounces elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 tablespoon chopped pimentos
- 1 pound king-crab meat
- 1 cup fat-free mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon low-fat (2%) milk
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- In a large bowl, mix the artichoke hearts, macaroni, tomatoes, pimientos, and crab meat.
- Combine the mayonnaise, lemon juice, milk, paprika, mustard, and pepper. Pour the dressing over the macaroni salad and toss. Chill thoroughly. Garnish with the onion.
