- 600ml/1 pint bĂŠchamel sauce
- 5 heaped tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp single cream
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- Warm up the bĂŠchamel sauce, add the chopped parsley, cream and lemon juice, taste and season, then serve.
