Parsley sauce Recipe

  • 600ml/1 pint bĂŠchamel sauce
  • 5 heaped tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp single cream
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  1. Warm up the bĂŠchamel sauce, add the chopped parsley, cream and lemon juice, taste and season, then serve.
