Parmesan Zucchini Recipe
- 1 tablespoon Carlini 100% Pure Olive Oil
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 4 zucchini, sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon Stonemill Essentials Iodized Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Stonemill Essentials Ground Black Pepper
- 1/4 cup Priano® Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- In a large saute pan, heat the oil over high heat. Saute the onions until they begin to soften.
- Add the garlic, saute one minute. Add the sliced zucchini. Cook, covered, until the zucchini is crisp and tender.
- Season with salt and pepper. Toss with Parmesan cheese.
