Parmesan Zucchini Recipe

  • 1 tablespoon Carlini 100% Pure Olive Oil
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 4 zucchini, sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Stonemill Essentials Iodized Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Stonemill Essentials Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Priano® Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  1. In a large saute pan, heat the oil over high heat. Saute the onions until they begin to soften.
  2. Add the garlic, saute one minute. Add the sliced zucchini. Cook, covered, until the zucchini is crisp and tender.
  3. Season with salt and pepper. Toss with Parmesan cheese.
