Parmesan Tomato Spread Recipe

  • 1 (8 ounce) package PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
  • 1 large tomato, chopped
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves
  • RITZ Crackers
  1. Mix cheeses and sour cream in medium bowl until well blended. Stir in tomatoes, onions and basil; cover.
  2. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
  3. Serve as a spread with the crackers.
