- 2 pounds potatoes, cut into wedges
- 2 onions, cut into wedges
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Coat a large shallow baking pan with nonstick spray. Add potatoes and onions. Sprinkle with oil. Toss to coat.
- Combine Parmesan, garlic and pepper. Sprinkle mixture over potatoes. Bake at 450 degrees F (230 degrees C), turning occasionally, until potatoes are tender, about 30 minutes.
