Parmesan-Pepper Potatoes Recipe

  • 2 pounds potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 2 onions, cut into wedges
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  1. Coat a large shallow baking pan with nonstick spray. Add potatoes and onions. Sprinkle with oil. Toss to coat.
  2. Combine Parmesan, garlic and pepper. Sprinkle mixture over potatoes. Bake at 450 degrees F (230 degrees C), turning occasionally, until potatoes are tender, about 30 minutes.
