- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 (5 ounce) can evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Transfer to a greased 11-in. x 7-in. x 2-in. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 30-35 minutes or until broccoli is tender.
