Papaya-Mango Salsa Recipe

  • 1 cup diced papaya
  • 1/2 cup diced firm-ripe mango
  • 1/2 cup diced red pepper
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh jalapeno chile
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • Salt
  1. In a bowl, mix all ingredients except salt.
  2. Taste; add salt if desired. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
