- 1 cup diced papaya
- 1/2 cup diced firm-ripe mango
- 1/2 cup diced red pepper
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh jalapeno chile
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- Salt
- In a bowl, mix all ingredients except salt.
- Taste; add salt if desired. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
