Pancakes with Maple Blueberry Syrup Recipe

  • 1 (16 ounce) package Archer Farms™ organic buttermilk pancake and waffle mix
  • Organic milk, butter and eggs used in pancakes
  • 1/2 cup Archer Farms™ frozen organic blueberries
  • 1/4 cup Archer Farms™ organic 100% pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon organic ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon organic ground nutmeg
  1. Prepare and cook pancakes as directed on package for 16 pancakes, using milk, butter and eggs called for in pancake mix package.
  2. Meanwhile, heat remaining ingredients in small saucepan over low heat. Cook and stir 5 minutes or until hot. Serve blueberry syrup over warm pancakes.
