Pan-Seared Sea Bass with Long Grain & Wild Rice Recipe

  • 1 (10 ounce) package petite green peas
  • 2 pounds sea bass or other firm white fish
  • 1 (6 ounce) package UNCLE BEN'S® Long Grain & Wild Rice Original Recipe
  1. Prepare rice according to package directions.
  2. Season fish with garlic salt, lemon pepper, and paprika.
  3. Heat olive oil over medium-high heat and sear fish on each side until a light crust forms.
  4. Place rice in a baking dish and stir in frozen peas.
  5. Place seared fish on top of rice and peas.
  6. Bake in 375 degree oven until fish is cooked through.
