- 1 large potato, peeled and sliced into long chips
- 4 sprigs fresh thyme, leaves only
- 2 cloves garlic, sliced
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Preheat the oven to 200C/390F/Gas 6.
- Place the potato chips flat on a baking tray. Sprinkle with the thyme leaves and garlic and season.
- Drizzle with the olive oil and cook into the oven for 15 minutes, or until crisp and golden.
- Serve.
