Oven-roasted chips Recipe

  • 1 large potato, peeled and sliced into long chips
  • 4 sprigs fresh thyme, leaves only
  • 2 cloves garlic, sliced
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  1. Preheat the oven to 200C/390F/Gas 6.
  2. Place the potato chips flat on a baking tray. Sprinkle with the thyme leaves and garlic and season.
  3. Drizzle with the olive oil and cook into the oven for 15 minutes, or until crisp and golden.
  4. Serve.
