- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 (9 ounce) packages frozen green beans
- 1 (8 ounce) jar ORTEGA® Thick & Smooth Taco Sauce
- 1 (4 ounce) can ORTEGA® Diced Green Chiles
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- HEAT vegetable oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic; cook, stirring occasionally, for 1 to 2 minutes. Add beans, taco sauce, chiles and salt. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cover. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 10 to 12 minutes or until beans are tender.
