Ortega® Gazpacho Recipe

  • 1 (24 ounce) jar ORTEGA® Thick & Chunky Salsa
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1 cup peeled and diced cucumber
  • 1 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 cup chopped tomato
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
  • 1 cup croutons (optional)
  1. COMBINE salsa, water, celery, cucumber, bell peppers, tomato, green onions, garlic, salt and pepper in large bowl. Cover; refrigerate for 2 hours. Top with cilantro and croutons before serving.
