- 1 1/2 ounces Oronoco™ rum
- 3 wedges lime
- 8 leaves mint
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Cracked ice
- 2 ounces lime juice
- 2 ounces soda water
- Sugar cane
- In highball glass, muddle the mint leaves, 2 lime wedges and sugar.
- Fill the glass with cracked ice; pour in Oronoco(TM), lime juice, and soda.
- Stir the cocktail gently and garnish with a lime wedge and sugar cane.
