Oriental Steak and Noodle Salad Bowl Recipe

  • 2 (3 ounce) packages Oriental-flavor ramen noodle soup mix
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar or other light-colored vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 roma (plum) tomato, cut into wedges
  • 1/2 medium cucumber, sliced
  • 2 (4 ounce) beef eye of round steaks
  1. Heat grill. Cook and drain noodles as package directs except – reserve soup seasoning. Rinse noodles with cold water.
  2. Mix oil, vinegar, cilantro and 1 teaspoon soup seasoning. Toss noodles, onions, tomato and cucumber with dressing. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  3. Rub each steak with 1 teaspoon seasoning. (Discard any remaining seasoning.)
  4. Place steaks on grill. Cover and cook over medium-high heat 8 to 12 minutes, turning once, for medium rare or to desired doneness. Thinly slice steaks and arrange over noodle salad.
