Oriental Shrimp Kabobs Recipe

  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can Campbell's® Condensed Tomato Soup (Regular or 25% Less Sodium)
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 1/2 pounds large shrimp, shelled and deveined
  1. Mix soup, orange juice, soy, oil and ginger in shallow nonmetallic dish. Add shrimp and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
  2. Thread shrimp on 6 long skewers.
  3. Grill kabobs 10 minutes or until done, turning and brushing often with marinade.
  4. Heat remaining marinade to a boil and serve with shrimp.
