OREO® Mud Pie Recipe

  • 22 OREO Chocolate Sandwich Cookies, finely crushed
  • 3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 quart coffee ice cream, softened
  • 1 cup fudge ice cream topping
  1. Mix cookie crumbs and butter until well blended. Press firmly onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate.
  2. Spread ice cream into crust; top with fudge topping.
  3. Freeze at least 6 hours or until firm. Store leftover pie in freezer.
