- 1/2 bunch green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 pint sour cream
- 2 pints half-and-half
- 1 (8 ounce) package Kraft® Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1 (8 ounce) package PHILADELPHIA® Cream Cheese, cut into cubes
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 1/2 cups diced cooked bacon
- 1 (30 ounce) package Ore-Ida® Shredded Hash Brown Potatoes
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until well incorporated.
- Transfer dip mixture into a large crockpot. Place crockpot setting on medium-high heat.
- Stirring occasionally, let dip mixture cook for 60 minutes or until dip reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F as read by a food thermometer.
- Dip is served great with baked pita chips!
