- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, peeled and finely chopped
- 1 orange, grated zest only
- Âź tsp chilli flakes
- 110g/4oz black olives, pitted
- cumin seeds, to serve
- Pour the olive oil into a bowl and stir in the garlic and orange zest.
- Stir in the chilli flakes then add the black olives. Stir again to coat in the oil.
- Transfer the olives to a serving dish and sprinkle with a few cumin seeds, to serve.
