- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup Market Pantry™ brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons Market Pantry™ soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Market Pantry™ minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1 teaspoon Market Pantry™ vegetable oil
- 1 pound pork loin thin-cut center pork chops
- Stir orange juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic and mustard in small bowl.
- Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Cook pork chops in single layer in skillet, turning once, for about 2 minutes or until browned on both sides.
- Pour orange juice mixture over chops. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 20 minutes or until chops are slightly pink in center, fork tender and sauce is syrupy. If desired, serve with rice.
