Orange Fruit Dip Recipe

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 1/3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
  • Assorted fresh fruit
  1. In a small saucepan, combine the sugar, cornstarch and salt; stir in the orange juice, water, lemon juice and orange and lemon peel until blended. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Cover and refrigerate until chilled. Serve with fruit.
