Orange Ambrosia Recipe

  • 6 navel oranges
  • ½ cup Grand Marnier
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut
  1. Slice the ends of each orange, and remove all the peel and pith. Slice each orange ¼ inch thick and arrange on a platter. Sprinkle with Grand Marnier. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  2. Remove 15 to 20 minutes before serving. Uncover and sprinkle with the shredded coconut.
