Open toasted savoury cheese sandwich Recipe

  • 2 slices farmhouse-style bread
  • 1 tbsp yeast extract
  • 100g/3½oz cheddar, sliced
  1. Toast bread and spread with the yeast extract.
  2. Arrange the cheddar slices on top of the yeast extract and place under a hot grill for one minute or until the cheese has melted. Serve.
