Open-Faced Asian Turkey Burgers Recipe

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 cup broccoli slaw
  • 1 tablespoon Skippy® Super Chunk® Peanut Butter
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 3 multi grain English muffins, split and toasted
  • 6 (1/4 inch thick) slices tomato
  • 6 pieces iceberg lettuce
  1. Combine ground turkey, broccoli slaw, Skippy(R) Super Chunk(R) Peanut Butter and pepper in medium bowl; shape into 6 patties. Cook burgers in 12-inch nonstick skillet lightly sprayed with nonstick cooking spray, over medium heat, turning once, 10 minutes or until done. On muffin halves, arrange tomato, lettuce, then burgers.
