- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp plain flour
- 1 free-range egg
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tbsp Greek-style yoghurt
- oil for frying
- Mix all of the ingredients together except for the oil.
- Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Place a large spoonful of the mixture in the pan.
- Fry for 2-3 minutes on each side or until crisp and golden.
- Repeat with the rest of the mixture.
- Drain on some kitchen paper and serve.
