- 12 3/8-inch-thick slices French bread baguette
- 1 tablespoon olive paste (olivada)
- Minced fresh thyme
- 8 radishes, thinly sliced
- Olivada is an olive spread which is available at Italian markets and specialty foods stores. If unavailable, use pureed, brine-cured black olives.
- Grill or toast bread. Spread 2 side with olive paste. Sprinkle with thyme. Top with radish slices and serve.
