- 1/3 cup Lucerne Sweet Cream Butter
- 1/3 cup Safeway SELECT Olive Oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
- 2 tablespoons minced canned anchovies
- In a 2- to 3-cup pan over low heat, melt butter with olive oil. Add garlic and anchovies and stir to combine.
- Pour dip in individual shallow bowls and serve.
