Olive Oil Dip Recipe

  • 1/3 cup Lucerne Sweet Cream Butter
  • 1/3 cup Safeway SELECT Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
  • 2 tablespoons minced canned anchovies
  1. In a 2- to 3-cup pan over low heat, melt butter with olive oil. Add garlic and anchovies and stir to combine.
  2. Pour dip in individual shallow bowls and serve.
