- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 (2.25 ounce) can sliced ripe olives, drained
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 (1 pound) loaf unsliced French bread
- In a bowl, combine the first five ingredients.
- Slice bread in half widthwise and lengthwise; place on a baking sheet. Spread cheese mixture over cut sides of bread.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
