- 1 cup lukewarm water
- 1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1 1/4 cups bread flour
- 1 1/4 cups white whole wheat flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- Place lukewarm water, yeast, oat flour, bread flour, white whole wheat flour, salt, 2 tablespoons melted butter, and honey in the bread machine in the order recommended by manufacturer.
- Cook on the setting for a 1 1/2-pound, whole wheat loaf setting. Brush top of bread with 1 tablespoon butter before slicing.
