- 3/4 cup ground almonds
- 1/2 cup vanilla or chocolate protein powder
- 1/4 cup apple butter
- 1/4 cup unsweetened desiccated coconut
- 1/4 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
- 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/3 cup NUTELLA®
- In a food processor, place almonds, protein powder, apple butter, coconut, oats, maple syrup, and cinnamon; pulse until mixture comes together.
- Form into 16 balls. Serve 2 NUTELLA(R) Energy Bites with 2 teaspoons (10 mL) of NUTELLA(R).
