Nut Glazed Brie served with Crackers Recipe

  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup broken walnut or pecan pieces or chopped almonds
  • 2 teaspoons water
  • 1 (14 ounce) round Brie cheese
  • Assorted Keebler® Toasteds® Crackers
  1. In small mixing bowl, stir together brown sugar, nuts, and water.
  2. Place Brie on oven-proof platter, or 9-inch pie plate.
  3. Bake at 500 degrees F for 5 minutes or until cheese is slightly softened.
  4. Spoon nut mixture over top; bake 3 minutes more or until sugar is melted and cheese is heated through but not melted. Serve with assorted Toasteds(R) Crackers.
