- 1/4 cup unsweetened finely shredded coconut
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup, or more to taste
- 1/2 cup blueberries, or to taste
- Mix coconut, chia seeds, and cocoa powder together in a bowl. Mix in peanut butter and maple syrup until evenly distributed. Top off with blueberries.
