Noatmeal (Oat-Free “Oatmeal”) Recipe

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened finely shredded coconut
  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup, or more to taste
  • 1/2 cup blueberries, or to taste
  1. Mix coconut, chia seeds, and cocoa powder together in a bowl. Mix in peanut butter and maple syrup until evenly distributed. Top off with blueberries.
