  • 2 cups cashews
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup pine nuts
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • ground black pepper to taste
