Nicoles Christmas Punch Recipe

  • 2 2/3 cups water
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 (64 fluid ounce) bottle pineapple juice, chilled
  • 5 1/3 cups cranberry-apple juice, chilled
  • 1 1/3 liters ginger ale, chilled
  1. Combine water, sugar, and cinnamon together in a saucepan; bring to a boil until sugar is dissolved, 5 to 10 minutes. Remove cinnamon syrup from heat and chill.
  2. Mix cinnamon syrup, pineapple juice, cranberry-apple juice, and ginger ale together in a punch bowl; stir well.
