- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons chipotle chile powder or chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 pound Stockman & Dakota® Angus New York Strip Steaks
- In small bowl, combine cilantro, oil, lime juice, garlic, chile powder, cumin and salt. Rub over steaks.
- Prepare grill to medium heat. Place steaks on grill.
- Grill, turning once, 7-15 minutes (depending on thickness) or until desired doneness is reached (145 degrees F for medium-rare; 160 degrees F for medium). Remove from grill and season with salt to taste.
