- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons white wine
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons Archer Farms™ Cajun Seasoning
- 2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Gourmet Garden™ Minced Garlic
- 16 ounces Market Pantry™ Easy-Peel Shrimp (21-26-ct.)
- 8 tablespoons cold butter
- Cube butter. Whisk together Worcestershire, white wine, lemon juice, Cajun seasoning, pepper and garlic. Pour into a saute pan over medium-high heat and bring to a simmer.
- Add the shrimp and cook until the shrimp begin to turn pink.
- Slowly swirl in butter while continuing to stir the shrimp. Once sauce has thickened and shrimp are cooked through, pour into a bowl and serve.
